 As the seasons change, our bodies and daily rhythms change with them. The Seasons of Health Creation group programs offer a supportive, small-group environment to help you understand those shifts and build habits that fit your life. Each program blends education, reflection, gentle movement, and conversation to support whole-person wellbeing.

Led by nationally board-certified health and wellness coaches, these sessions help you explore practical skills for sustaining energy, purpose, and connection throughout the winter season and beyond.

A two-hour session every other week gives participants meaningful time to learn, practice, and reflect—while maintaining steady momentum between meetings.
