2026 Chiropractic Homecoming Symposium Agenda
We’ve assembled an outstanding group of speakers for the 2026 Chiropractic Homecoming Symposium.
We’re excited for the return of track scheduling, giving you the opportunity to focus on either:
TRACK 1 – SPORTS CHIROPRACTIC
TRACK 2 – PEDIATRICS/WOMEN’S HEALTH
In 2026, expect more hands-on learning while also covering topics for Professional Boundaries, Nutrition, Ethics, X-ray, and more. 20+ CE available to earn, including an optional acupuncture course, a session focused on practice succession planning, and motivation and inspiration from local athletes who’ve benefited from chiropractic care.
