Homecoming 2026: Melissa Kolb

Melissa KolbMelissa Kolb, DC – a 1994 graduate of Northwestern and has been a principal clinic owner with D.C. husband Todd Frisch for 32 years. She has been teaching at NWHSU as adjunct faculty since 2019 facilitating courses in health care leadership and clinic operations. She joined the Chiropractic Program Clinical Education team full time in 2024 leading the Clerkship Program and serving on the Curriculum Transformation Team.

Outside of academia she has developed a unique niche in health care governance. Having spent nine years with River Falls Allina Hospital Board of Directors she is currently serving on the Health Partners Hudson Hospital and Foundation Boards with committee work in: Credentialing, Finance and Patient Experience. As an empty nester, she and her husband enjoy travel, food and wine education and assisting their 22- and 25-year-olds with “adulting”.
