Human Performance Master’s Degree - Curriculum

NWHSU’s Master of Health Science (MHS) in Human Performance is a 30-credit, 100% online master’s program designed for healthcare providers, strength and conditioning coaches, and performance professionals who want to deepen their expertise in recovery, performance readiness, and applied analytics.

Core coursework covers performance and clinical decision making, with two specialization tracks you choose based on your career goals: Data Analytics or Functional & Integrative Nutrition.

Courses are 100% online with three start dates per year and full- and part-time options, making the MHS accessible for working clinicians and coaches without putting your career on hold. Optional in-person immersion experiences in NWHSU’s Human Performance Center are available for students who want hands-on learning in a real-world performance setting.
