The Tai Ji Quan series starts on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, and the course will continue to meet at the Vitality Clinic Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. until August 20, 2026.
Cost of the program is $295 and is HSA/FSA eligible. Cost is $295. This is a one-time fee for the whole 24 session series.

Each session blends health coaching, mind-body movement, and nervous system support practices — including breathwork, guided imagery, mindful movement, and more — in a welcoming, low-barrier format. Come once, come often, or commit to the full series. There’s no wrong way to begin.

This class will offer a deep dive into everything you want to know about menopause from a whole health perspective. It’s perfect for women ages 35-64 who are motivated to be engaged in their health and are looking for trusted, practical and evidenced-informed menopause education. Class is led by a nurse practitioner with over 12 years of experience in Integrative & Functional Medicine and hormone replacement. This group program is online.
