Search for New President in Full Swing

The search for a new University President is moving forward, with the release of the position profile last week. The profile was constructed with input and feedback from key University stakeholders by The Chandler Group, the executive search firm selected to assist the Presidential Search Committee. The profile describes the ideal candidate and key responsibilities for the position of President.
The President reports to the Board of Trustees, and is responsible for overall vision and management of all aspects of Northwestern Health Sciences University, working in concert with the Leadership Team to guide the work of the organization to achieve success. In the upcoming weeks, The Chandler Group will conduct research, phone screens and face-to-face interviews to identify a pool of candidates for the Presidential Search Committee to review and consider. The Chandler Group expects to present a selection of candidates to the search committee and Board of Trustees early in 2013.
