Key Card Replacement Request

If your key card is lost, damaged or does not work properly, you may order a replacement.

The Accounting Office will email you when your new key card is ready to be picked-up. Once a new key card is requested, any previous key card that has been assigned to you will be deactivated.

If you lose your key card:

Your student account will be charged $10 if you order a replacement.

If your key card is damaged or does not work properly:

You must return the key card to the Accounting Office when you pick up your new key card or your student account will be charged $10.
