Application Information for International Students

Are you a Canadian student? Please visit our Canadian Student Resource Guide

International students follow the same application process as students from the United States; however, additional documentation is required – including verification of English competency, documentation of financial resources, and international transcript evaluation. A visa is required for our programs in Chiropractic, Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine, Massage Therapy and B.S. in Human Biology Completion.

Apply to NWHSU as an International Student

Qualified schools such as NWHSU are Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP)-Certified for Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, Massage Therapy AAS, and Human Biology Bachelor of Science applicants, and the first step to initiating the SVEP process will be your acceptance letter from NWHSU.

When you are accepted, NWHSU will collect evidence of your financial ability, and will partner with you on the steps required to secure your documentation to enter the United States as a student. Once approved, NWHSU will create a Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) record and send you a “Certificate of Eligibility” Form I-20.
