NWHSU Alum and Faculty Publishes Traditional Chinese Medicine Research

NWHSU alum, Assistant Adjunct Professor and Associate Clinic Faculty, Kim Christensen, was recently published research data in the journal Global Advances in Health and Medicine on Acceptance of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
The data was collected during Kim’s Pediatric Integrative Health Fellowship at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital in 2016 and 2017. Kim also presented the data at the Pediatric Academic Societies Conference in 2017.
The outcomes of this study can help others assess the feasibility, utility, and acceptance of Chinese medicine offerings in primary care settings. Congratulations, Kim!
