NWHSU’s Michele Maiers named interim President of WFC

The World Federation of Chiropractic (WFC) Board of Directors announced that Dr Vivian Kil, of the Netherlands, has stepped down from the office of President of the World Federation of Chiropractic.

In a letter to the Board, she cited a need to focus on her full-time clinical responsibilities as the owner of a busy multidisciplinary practice in the wake of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Dr Kil has served as WFC President since May 2019.

WFC Vice-President and NWHSU Executive Director of Research and Innovation, Michele Maiers, will be assuming responsibility as Interim President and Board Chair. Congratulations, Dr. Maiers!
