Minnesota Vixen women’s pro football team prepares for championship game

The Vixen will participate in their final practice and receive their final athletic treatments today before traveling to Atlanta for Friday’s Women’s Football Alliance championship game against the New York Sharks.
WHO: Minnesota Vixen women’s professional football team and health professionals at Northwestern Health Sciences University.
WHAT: The Vixen will participate in their final practice and receive their final athletic treatments today before traveling to Atlanta for Friday’s Women’s Football Alliance championship game against the New York Sharks.
WHEN: Players will receive treatments from 4:30-8:30 p.m. today, and practice will run from 6-8 p.m.
WHERE: Practice is on the athletic fields on Northwestern’s campus, 2501 W. 84th St., Bloomington. Players assemble on the fields, just west of the main parking lot. Treatments and interviews will be conducted inside the Human Performance Center in the main Northwestern building. Driving directions to campus: From Interstate Highway 494, exit southbound on Penn Avenue South. Drive to West 84th Street and turn right. The Northwestern campus is at the intersection of Penn and 84th. Media can park in the lot near the athletic fields.
