NWHSU alum opening chiropractic office in Carver

Chiropractic Specialists of Jordan is opening a new Carver satellite clinic in January 2019.
“Our clinic is based on the philosophy of helping people live better, healthier lives with less pain and more movement without the use of drugs and surgery,” stated Dr. Travis Gilbertson, in a press release.
Gilbertson will be the main clinic chiropractor and manager. Gilbertson is a 2017 graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University, in Bloomington, Minnesota, where he received his chiropractic degree. Prior to being a chiropractor, Gilbertson was a math teacher in the metro area.
“Our entire staff is committed to meeting the varied needs of our patients and as a result, a high percentage of our patients return for continued care and refer their friends and family to us. “While we are in-network with most insurance carriers, we make sure that patients understand what is and is not covered by their individual plan. We also offer straight forward pricing for patients who do not rely on insurance coverage,” the release stated.
