Interests and Philosophy

I’m passionate about restoring health from the inside out. After decades in public service and surviving a career‑ending injury, I discovered the power of chiropractic healing. My mission now is twofold: to provide precise, effective whole-patient care using techniques like Activator Methods, and to equip patients with knowledge and tools so they become active participants in their own healing journey. I believe every person has innate intelligence to heal, and my role is to clear the barriers so that intelligence can express itself fully.

On a Personal Note

I’m passionate about creating spaces where people feel heard, valued, and empowered, whether that’s in the treatment room or the classroom. I have always felt a strong sense of purpose in service – first through public safety, now through healthcare and education. I’m grateful for the opportunity to mentor future chiropractors and help patients find sustainable healing. In my spare time, I enjoy nature walks, good tea, spending time with my family, dogs, and catching up on true-crime documentaries (a nod to my forensic science roots). I believe balance, humor, and empathy are essential to a meaningful life and career, so I am forever exploring new ways to stay well myself.
