 How do we keep up? Our faculty members work in the field. They’re not only highly qualified, but they also want you to thrive in your future career.

To save you trips to campus, you’ll have online lectures and pre-laboratory activities in the MLT program. Then, you’ll come to campus one day a week for back-to-back labs, where you’ll be responsible for collecting and testing various lab specimens, including blood.

In your final trimester, you’ll complete a 12-week clinical internship to fully integrate everything you learned. You’ll work 40 hours per week during this period, at clinical training facilities around the metro, and the Midwest. It is important for all students to prepare for the possibility of an out-of-metro or even out-of-state placement.

This experience will help you enter the workforce with confidence.
