Belonging Academy Training for faculty and Inclusive Excellence Academy training for senior leaders and deans. The Belonging Academy is offered in three phases of The Foundation, Essential Skills, and Moving Forward intended to create and maintain a community in which all are welcomed, all feel safe, and all can thrive. Completed work:

  • New requirements are in place to increase representation and diversity in all new employee recruitment and hiring.
  • Belonging vision and goals are included in recruitment materials and new employee onboarding.

Facilitated all employees to learn more and reflect on gender expression and encouraged the community to state their pronouns in email signatures, during introductions, and other venues. Offered branded support on including pronouns in email signatures.
