Reporting Hotline Types of Misconduct

If you observe behavior that you believe violates University policy, it is very important that you report it. Ideally, you would bring your concerns to your direct supervisor or Human Resources. However, you may not feel comfortable reporting the behavior directly or you may want to make an anonymous report.

The Reporting Hotline, hosted by EthicsPoint, is available 24-7 for this purpose. We would rather you report your concern through the Hotline than keep the information to yourself. You may choose to remain anonymous.

We expect you to report serious concerns in good faith and refrain from irresponsible accusations. Types of misconduct to report are listed below by category.
