Statement of Purpose

Please submit a brief one-page statement discussing the following questions. Know that there are no right or wrong answers. Completion of this one-page statement is part of the admissions process, but the content of your response will not be used to influence the admissions decision.

Step 2 – Submit Transcripts

Submit unofficial transcripts to expedite the admissions process. Email copies of unofficial transcripts to admit@nwhealth.edu.

Request official academic transcripts from all previously attended post-secondary institutions (including colleges, universities, vocational/technical schools and PSEO credits) sent directly to Northwestern Health Sciences University. To request an official transcript, contact the Registrar’s Office at your prior institution(s). Transcripts from any previous graduate-level work are also required. Electronic transcripts should be sent to admit@nwhealth.edu or by mail to:
