Step 1 – Complete application in online portal

Login to the Student Application Portal to start your online application. At any time, you may save your application, logout, and complete it later.

Statement of Purpose

Please submit a brief one-page statement discussing the following questions. Know that there are no right or wrong answers. Completion of this one-page statement is part of the admissions process, but the content of your response will not be used to influence the admissions decision.

Step 2 – Submit Transcripts

Submit unofficial transcripts to expedite the admissions process. Email or fax copies of unofficial transcripts to admit@nwhealth.edu or 952-885-5409

Request official academic transcripts from all previously attended post-secondary institutions (including colleges, universities, vocational/technical schools and PSEO credits) sent directly to Northwestern Health Sciences University. To request an official transcript, contact the Registrar’s Office at your prior institution(s). Transcripts from any previous graduate-level work are also required.
