Step 1 - Complete the application

Application

Fill out the application form completely.

References

Provide names and addresses of three references who you have known for at least six months. Northwestern will send reference forms to these people. References from doctors of chiropractic, science instructors and other healthcare professionals are preferred, provided they know you well. Relatives are not accepted as references.

Transcripts

Have all colleges and universities you’ve attended send official transcripts directly to the Office of Admissions. Do not send transcripts with your application. Those transcripts will not be considered valid for admission.

Essay

Write an essay, minimum of 400-600 words, divided into two parts:

Part I: Discuss each of the following:

1. Your background
2. Your personal goals
3. Your reason for choosing the chiropractic profession
4. Your direct experience with chiropractic
5. Your reasons for choosing the College of Chiropractic

Part II: Describe a major personal accomplishment and your reasons for that selection.

Minnesota Immunization Requirement

Minnesota state law requires us to have a signed immunization form on file for each student:
