Transitioning Care to the Integrative Clinic of Minnesota, August 11, 2023
As we continue to evaluate opportunities to become leaders in complete patient care, regrettably, we will be closing the Salvation Army Harbor Light (SA) clinic. We will transition services to the Integrative Clinic of Minnesota (ICM) effective August 11, 2023.
We thank you for your trust over the years at the Salvation Army Natural Care Center. We look forward to continuing holistic care as we transition services to ICM.
Information about ICM
- Location: 2115 Cedar Ave. South within the Mino-Bimaadiziwin Wellness Clinic.
- Hours: Wednesday 6:00 – 9:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to noon
- Appointment: Required and can be made by calling 952-873-6048
- Offerings: Massage therapy, acupuncture, and chiropractic care within the same visit.
- The Mino-Bimaadiziwin Wellness Clinic also provides a variety of services including mental health and chemical dependency within a facility offering housing and support services.

All care at the clinic is free and open to the public. No appointment is necessary.
The clinic is located inside the Salvation Army Minneapolis Harbor Light Center.
