Split, Adjusted and Modified Schedules
Circumstances arise, we understand. NWHSU students may take a reduced or modified course load at any time during their enrollment for the following programs:
- Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine
- Chiropractic
- School of Massage Therapy
- Undergraduate Health Sciences / Post-Bacc Pre-Health
Here’s how split schedules can work in the College of Chiropractic
Students on a split schedule take the block of courses normally required for one T-level and extend them over two consecutive trimesters. The selection of courses in each trimester is pre-determined.
When to change to a split schedule to avoid being subject to the University’s tuition refund policy:
- T1-T2 students should change to a split schedule before the end of the 7th week of the trimester
- T3-T10 students should change to a split schedule before the end of the 4th week of the trimester
