Great River Symposium 2024: Josh Berka
Josh Berka, ND, Dipl.Ac, completed his medical training at National College of Naturopathic Medicine where he earned dual degrees in both Naturopathic Medicine and Classical Chinese Medicine. He is a board-certified Naturopathic Physician and Diplomat of Acupuncture.
His focus is primarily in family medicine, including advanced approaches for treating acute and chronic disease as well as the prevention and management of metabolic related diseases. He uses afunctional medicine approach, integrating both eastern and western medicine into clinical practice.
He is also a strong proponent of research and education and speaks internationally in the fields of Naturopathic, Functional and Chinese Medicine as well as applications of Low-Level Light Therapy (LLLT) and Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMFT) in home care and clinical practice. Dr. Berka is an advocate for Integrative Medicine, building networks and bridges between professional disciplines for the global advancement of science and medicine.
