Professional interests:
I have experience providing general and sports chiropractic. I have specialized training in the treatment of joint and myofascial disorders that cause neck pain and headache, mid back pain and shoulder problems, low back pain and leg pain. I treat conditions related to pinched nerves, soft tissue, tendon, ligament, fascia, and joints of the spine and of the limbs including; joint restriction, tendonitis, fasciitis, myofasciitis, carpal tunnel and sciatica.
Practice philosophy:
I use an integrated approach to care including chiropractic adjustment, manual manipulation and mobilization, neurology based muscle relaxation techniques, dynamic cupping, ultrasound, electrical muscle stimulation, cold laser, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (Graston), mechanical diagnosis and therapy (McKenzie), therapeutic exercise and nutritional support for muscles and joints.

On a personal note:
I am married and have four children. My daughter is a chiropractor in California and one of my sons is in chiropractic school. I love the outdoors and sports. Fishing, hiking, racquetball and pickle ball keep me busy.
