- 1:00 pm: University Delegates, Board of Trustees, President’s Cabinet and NWHSU Faculty will gather in Lecture Room 4
- 1:30-1:45 pm: Line up for processional
- 2:00-5:00 pm: Inauguration Ceremony

Information for Academic Delegates
Academic delegates are official representatives from institutions of higher education selected to represent their institutions at the inauguration. Northwestern Health Sciences University welcomes all delegates to participate in the Processional and Recessional at Dr. Bushway’s Inauguration.
All delegates who will serve as designated representatives of universities and colleges are required to complete the Presidential/Delegate RSVP by Friday, May 10, 2019.
Regalia
Academic regalia are required if participating in the academic processional. Delegates must bring their own regalia.
Robing will commence at 1:00 p.m. in Lecture Room 4 at Northwestern Health Sciences University. The line-up for the processional will begin at 1:30.
