NWHSU earns award from Fulcrum Health Inc.

Northwestern Health Sciences University of Bloomington has been named among the ChiroCare Centers of Excellence.

To qualify for the designation, chiropractic clinics must complete an extensive application and document review process, including an evidence-based, best-practice approach, outcome assessments with measurable goals, personalized care plans, active care instructions, a team approach to coordinating patient care and high patient satisfaction.

The designation is awarded by Fulcrum Health, a Plymouth-based nonprofit, physical medicine management organization that has credentialed chiropractic providers for more than 35 years. Northwestern is one of 10 Minnesota clinics added to the centers of excellence list this year.

Northwestern’s College of Chiropractic operates an on-campus clinic providing chiropractic, acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, massage therapy, naturopathic medicine and physical therapy services.
