Employee Giving Campaign kicks off!
The 2014 Employee Giving Campaign kicks off this week, with a celebration honoring the spirit of giving at Northwestern Health Sciences University. Staff, faculty and students are invited to come to the kick-off event to hear more about the 2014 project and see sketches of the proposed enhancements. The Development Office will present updates and philanthropy goals, let you know how to make a pledge, and more.
Tuesday, November 26
Noon – 1 p.m. in Room L2
Light lunch will be served
Campaign gifts will be used to fund campus enhancements that will benefit the entire Northwestern Health community. The Campus Enhancement project will accelerate the transformation of space at Northwestern Health, and include:
- A mural for the foyer wall
- Enhancing spaces with campus art
- Interior signage upgrades
The improvements will transform a functional space to capture the power of our healing mission, and create a space that instills a sense of pride for the students we educate, the patients we care for, the team members we work with and our alumni who return to visit.
The 2013 Every Give Counts employee campaign successfully raised $30,000, including $6,000 for student scholarships, and $5,500 for the Pillsbury House Integrated Health Clinic. Thank you to all the staff and faculty who contributed to that campaign.
